for Ptsc which does not have ordinary repeating didvidends tehse are the only kind.  

 

But let's say PTSC orinarily distributed quarterly  dividens then S&L not be entitled to them.

 

These, as were the MSFT 3$, were special and teh warrant holder would in 

most cases be entitiled to them
