... I did say that yes, we are in a different market environment, and I didn't mean to imply that PTSC can go from .58+/- to 24.00 as with the EDIG example. Rather, I did mean that I personally would not discount 2.90, 5.00, or some other arbitrary figure 'just because' it is there. You never know where the market will price the stock and the company......if I did, I would have been finished trading stocks many years ago during the dot bomb craze.

If PTSC identifies an infringer that a settlement would likely 'significantly' impact its ability to stay in business, I would hope that they would structure the assumed settlement in such a way that PTSC would collect some now, the rest as a result of per-unit sales. As I have gathered it is not PTSC's intention to go into manufacturing a tangible product (at this time from available information) I would hope that most would feel it is better to keep the goose alive than to kill it.
