Buyback is good decision ...but... I think since JT is on record for looking 6-12 mos in the future for an acquisition (with $$$ from a good settlement that is) then I beleive that will be our first step forward.

JT realizes that he has to get that ongoing revenue stream in place in order for our SP to steadily climb. Licenses/settlements will give us that "rocket boost" but, steady revenue/profits from an well chosen acqusisiton is what will keep us at ever climbing levels for the PPS.

BTW, notice that the PR for the settlement between TomTom and Garmin said...

," the companies said in identical statements, without disclosing details."

don't be surprised if that also happens in our case with the 'J boys.

I'd also like to read the details but in many cases of negotiated settlements this is what occurs. JMO
