"The seller's seem to have been wrung out from the stock!  It doesn't matter by how much except for the fact we did end up today on higher volume then yesterday.

 It appears that he was right on the money.  However, I still think there is a possibility that this is the result of a leak.  I've seen leaks with PTSC in the past.  I recall the price shooting up hours before a new license was announced.
