about his settlement with PTSC. Like most I wondered why he would opt for the cash instead of shares. Once I read the story it became very evident that circumstances in his private life probably dictated his need for cash versus investment. It really makes you feel more confident knowing the co-inventor didn't give up on PTSC as some thought. With all the projects he funds and the school in Africa, I would say the immediate cash payoff was much more prudent for his situation. I just found it interesting and it made me feel a little better about the whole situation.
