we missed Jury selection, deposing of witnesses and prep time.

at the end of the stay there will only be 39 days left to do all of the above and more and there is NO way the Judge would have agreed to the Stay if it didn't mean Settlement.

lawyers are working like crazy during the 2 months prior to a trial and one of this Magnitude would take a tremendous amount of time and effort to be "ready" for.

so what we are waiting for now are the Numbers and I still maintain after 2 years of litigation that they will be much bigger than most suspect.
