I can't vouch for S&L or state this as fact, but I doubt S&L is an investor in the open market in ANY equity, much less BB stocks.  I think they invest through the type of financing vehicles used with PTSC, where they have much better control over the company, and can manage to get their money back through a business plan vs. market trading.  IMO
