Cautious,

I see the market being RULED by emotion so I don't think you can put emotion aside, especially concerning the very emotional issue of an RS. The vast majority of people get weak kneed and pale when a discussion of a RS in a stock they hold is initiated. Markets run on emotion. IMHO.
