I do not recall anyone bringing this up, however a 1-2-3, say million dollar settlement, may not all come in Dec, Jan, Feb, but over a period of years!  Yes, would not necessarlily reflect the current pps, or short term pps, but, that would be incoming future revenues, I believe.. Hence That would eliminate all the speculation about those projected future incomes, although we would not have all that money immediately in the bank, and some speculate for pps projections.  I could see this scenario, easily!  j.m.o. ALL!
