If so I will vote a loud and clear NO.

400 Million shares on the Nasdaq is NOT too many shares.

We will easily trade at $10 or $20  or MORE with the amount of companies that will be paying us over the next 8 years + a two year look back.

No debt

Low overhead

Cash Cow
