I am one of those folks who needs this stock to perform like no other stock has performed before. Sorry, lately, I have been too busy to do anything but my present farm work. (Hi Cherry, sorry I haven't written you but I am thinking about you and Larry.) I am trying to get things done before the real bad weather steps in.

Your posts sound threatening. I like that. Manor can take of herself. Your reverse psychology in dealing with her was a classic. It made me laugh. Your approach to this stock is very healthy and good advice for the average investor. Don't put your eggs all in one basket.

For me, however, since I have been out of the military and travelled around the world more than I ever wanted, I have become a home body. Las Vegas is nice, I have enjoyed Wayne Newton, Tina Turner other entertainment and losing money at blackjack. However, since I haven't been to Vegas in quite some time or Reno, a heavenly location, my bet is this stock. I am in deep, I won't disclose how much but I didn't have the time previously in my life to follow stocks closely like I do now.

Reverse splits have burned me, a small time investor, bad in the past. I don't like the sensation of being burned. It hurts and like the smart child, I don't need to get burned again if I can help it.

We have to go out of the gates and are, with the best horse we have. I am greatly impressed with some members of our BOD and I have to trust them that they are truthful in their statements which have been numerous and detailed. If they walk the walk, the way they have talked the talk, this is going to be one of the great finds in years. The MMP will be nothing more than pocket money to buy, buy, buy,acquisition after acquisition. This will begin in 2008 and will go from there. You really can't make plans from the way they think until you do have pocket money. This is the conservative way they have been operating.

Indications, not facts, show settlement in the horizon. I believe by next Wednesday. That too is my personal bias on how this will go. However, TPL is probably working hard to get ready for trial asd they should be doing. There is tactical, strategic dialogue going on as I am writing this note. I have written on this previously and the need for a really big win, and a win (TPL philosophy) is essential for SP explosion. Of course, TPL isn't really concerned about SP ( except what warrants and shares they have). Their approach is aimed at the audience of prospective clients that they hope to be talking to in the not to distant future.

Even though you realize this trade could be worth nothing at a moments notice, I cannot envision in any way with Dan Leckrone running the show that these guys know what they got. For every hour that you have spent studying this MMP they have spent thousands. These are some of the best patent lawyers in the country. Your schooling in Economics and Finance should tell you that this company is operating in the green and its getting greener every day including today. It should tell you that stocks selling for $10 to $30 are operating in the Red.

Look up the definition of patronize. It is a double edged sword. It means to support or visit regulary as a customer. Or, to treat in an offensively condescending manner. Where does your heart lie?
