I have been catching up on posts here and RB. Something has just occured to me and I would like some feedback. Is it possible that AMD bought Swartz`s interest (or part of it)? I have a feeling that AMD thought that PTSC might be taken over by Intel (aeb ``buying the restricted shares will protect us from being sued by Intel``). They also stated that the shares would allow them to vote if needed. I do not know how much Swartz has collected from sells so far so I have no way of knowing how much they still have left to collect from the loan. At any rate, it seems like this would be a good senario for `` the restricted shares``. I would like your thoughts also. I sure was happy to see the royalty agreement in the filing today. tia, ads
