I thought that this may have been a good opportunity for PTSC to get out from under some of the loan obligation. I hope this is the situation and may very well be.

I am also happy that the #`s were not disclosed in the filing--there are many companies that may be interested in doing the same thing that AMD did and it would not be fair to them to know the terms.
