Regardless of how clear it seems to us that PTSC is undervalued and the spring is well loaded, I doubt PTSC is that well known to the overall market, and I certainly don't think as a BB penny stock, that it engenders much confidence in MOST investors.  That will change with significant positive resolution of the Texas case, IMO, but probably not before.

For the share price to rise significantly, I think a large number 3M plus shares min.  need to be traded, many at a market order status.  That won't happen IMO until the PTSC story is "OUT" for everyone to see, not just those of us who have been fortuntate enough to find out about it til now. The PR blitz can and will come, but not until a resolution of Texas, and possibly of the USPTO cases as well.
