Is this S&L's "exit strategy"?

The constant "stepdown" of shareprice says "yes" to me. If they are indeed leaving us at this time, it is a GOOD thing, IMHO. We have the means to take care of ourselves now. They have to have had a "plan of action" to get out when the time was right for them--otherwise, they could not stay in business very long. I wish there is someway we could find out how many shares they have left. Someone suggested here the other day that they have x # of days to get out -- is that b/c of "end of year" tax reasons or do they need to be out before we merge of acquire a new co.? I hate seeing this constant stepdown of shareprice--I don't know whether to say "thank you" to them or to give them a kick as they leave our house. I guess "thank you" would be more polite--anyway, I hope it is them leaving--we will know when they are completely out as we will get a PR saying that Johnson has given up his BOD seat. Good luck, ads
