IMHO, teremoto is not "harping". He is merely stating that a logical person would hold right now b/c everything looks to be going in our favor. S&L's situation is different--if what he is saying is true, they CAN'T NOT sell now b/c it was prearranged for them to get out. This is what we have all wanted for what seems like a lifetime now. Maybe it scares people b/c they can't imagine that a deal is a deal no matter what a wonderful view lies ahead. For all we know, "the fund" could be selling and Erik could be buying for himself--nothing wrong with that! Not arguing just presenting a different point of view. GL, ads
