Teac is small potatoes for a licensee.  I didn't expect much reaction to this news.  We are way undervalued here however so I like what I am seeing in the way of the recent updraft.  It should tick up until a settlement is announced all on its own.  Would love to see a major domestic signing like Texas Instruments or IBM either just before are just after a settlement announcement.  Then this thing would have LEGS!
