Most of these issues have been discussed at great length on this board. 

I thought it was the general consensus that JW does not grant stays waiting for the USPTO.  Most believe the stay was the result of advanced settlement negotiations.  Some believe that the PTO is waiting to see what happens with this litigation (I do).  Others speculate that the ACP/Higgins ruling was made privately.  Why else haven't we heard a ruling when both parties asked for it to be expedited?

Remember the stay was granted shortly after Phillips signed.

We should be good.  I am always cautious that something could affect us that we never anticipated.  However, most senarios and variables have been discussed by obsessed PTSC Posters:)
