I certainly do not know the particulars of this specific case, and what was transpiring behind closed doors to ellicit the Stay Motion.. but an attorney friend pointed out to me that it is a possible senario (additional Stay time Request/Grant)...  Is it going to happen, I sure do not known..  I am on record, agreeing with you, that we get settlement B4 Turkeyday...
