Respecting your headache, I'll keep this one short.

When was the last time you saw someone post, as a FACT (i.e., without an IMO) that the PPS was going to any high number?  Never, and if anyone did, I'd be the first to report 'em.  Now, how often do we see someone post as a FACT that the PPS will never get over X.XX [some low number]"?   That too will be reported.

"BTW...if someone is lying, can you call them a liar without being in violation?"

By communicating as a rational adult - you point out the flaws of their conclusion based on whatever basis they provided - if they provided any at all - and request their consideration.  There is rarely good cause to be blatantly rude - even with a subtle basher! LOL

Please note that the above is how I believe I've conducted myself in our little argument.  You've done pretty well too!  At least we're being reasonably civil.
