Again,that doesnt mean anything....
Ok..the MM is getting shares at .0601 lets say... right now they might be sitting on the ask at .90.... but the minute they have enough shares that they needed...... they can move down from .90 to say .61 or .62 to sell the shares they just collected.
Its great to see an MM on the bid.... and not on the ask.... but just watch him al day to see if drops back down to the ask to sell the shares he got for someone....
Also could be investors that have put limit sell orders at that price..... but as the pps moves up.. they change their limit sell orders to higher pps.....
