What I'm saying is that perhaps the meaning of "going beyond the claims in the litigation" is the J's want TPL to throw in a license for part of Core Flash portfolio or Fast Logic portfolio.  While they weren't prepared to do it during the short mediation period, after exploring the idea and getting PTSC to agree, they asked for the 30 day stay to be able to work out the the inclusion of the other licenses.  I may have not have been clear as to what I thought the added statement meant.  All IMHO Opty
