1.)First we want the announcement to occur on a normal trading day (which I hope is being and think TPL would benift from this also)...

2.)we also need amounts disclosed and large enough to show the strength of the pattens... (once again TPL would also want this otherwise we will battle over and over if weakness is shown....)

3.) after the announcement of settelment IMMEDIATELY put the next large infringer into the East Texas... also make all infringer aware of that treble damages will be put into place for all who fight...
