Should the end user mfg decide to purchase an MMP portfolio license then ARM has no need to interfere since they have no need to indemnify.

I think that the term settlement is used loosely. Should the J3 desire to go the way the previsous 2J's went, they have no need to include ARM unless thet in turn seek indemnificaiton by ARm.

Sort of like taking care of a fender bender without notifyin your insurance company ( not exactly but similar in some sense)
