Are you suggesting that in the presumed settlement negotiations, they're haggling over the value of the '584 and other patents that aren't even part of this litigation?
IMO, if JW (via the Mediator?) got wind of THAT, I'm sure he'd flip.
We continue to agree to disagree. IMO, the first order of business is to settle/license the '148 and '336. Along the lines of the above, if there is settlement and any paper submitted to the court even mentions other patents being in the negotiated package, I bet JW would raise his eyebrows (actually, just one eyebrow, very high and very pronounced). They're outside the purview of this case.
