I honestly don't know... I am saying that ARM being removed from the case IMO isn't related to the APC, Phillips, and Teac signings and vice versa. I do know that when I had an EE review the patents (Columbia PHD with 4 years experience R&D at Intel) and the Markman results, he felt the "584 was the easiest patent for a company to work around....but he couldn't be sure. If he is right, than maybe they did infringe, or maybe they didn't. IMO..clear as mud right now. I agree and hoping you are right, that once we settle on the "336 & "148, than the defendants will have to fully license the MMP. The mud should be clearing up soon.
