A settelment and only little stock price movement???

My believe is it is KEY settelment amounts to be annouced..... If they are not we have a long wait for the next 1/4 to end... this settelment will not make this 1/4..... The street is already gun shy of PTSC.... when we ran to 2.25... the street was clearly dissappionted with Sony & fujits.... so I believe investors who are watcing this will only commit if settelements are given and 2x or 3x... larger than the early settelemnts of Sony & Fujits....
