I believed they would resolve this settlement before Thanksgiving. Evidently, J3 has decided to give us a little indigestion until next week. If they can't resolve this by next Friday, trial should occur and is inevitable. We cannot delay this until the cows come home. I say pay up or go to trial, we are 40 or so days until treble damages.

It is in TPL's and PTSC's best interest to not postpone with another stay and to hell with it - go to trial and stick it to them.
