I am hopeful that we will get the $$ with the announcement; IF and when it occurs.  Otherwise, the other way around it (to 'inform' the public) would be to simulataneously announce that the company plans to buy back up to $150,000,000 worth of common stock over the next 3 months.....or whatever such $ figure would be appropriate as the case may dictate.  We can then do the 'back-door' math.
