I hear ya, and that very well may be.  But the other "issue" will be the licenses for extended future infringement (outside the purview of the court).  Those licenses will definitely be separate, and there will be at least three (possibly more, e.g., one for each entity cited as a defendant in the case - another thing adding to the complexity, and another thing that may make each individual number small enough such that it doesn't have to be reported).
