Can you point out the page(s) to me?
From what I read, the only issues addressed by the USPTO are prior art, which is extremely important because it means the "584 is valid. However, it's the Appeals court who will rule on the claims construction interpretation of claim 29 C, "and which any operand that is present must be right justified". This is where there is potentially a problem, if the USPTO reaffirms the "584, but the claims construction goes unchanged in the appeals court, than all ARM has to do is prove that their products do not have to be right justified therefore do not infringe on our valid patent.
