Does Albie's find mean that the 584 is coming out of the PTO's re-exam valid and stronger?
Because the current lawsuit with the J's is about the 336 and the 148, maybe they should break the MMP up in this particular case.
Unless the J's want to figure in some kind of value of the 584 (MMP as a whole) in settlement negotiations.
I'm sure TPL knows what they are doing. It seems that they played the initial failure of the 584 perfectly. Who would have thought we would hear about the 584 again before the PTO's review of the other two patents.
I am anxiously awaiting more posters' opinions on the 584.
