I said I do not want a debate on this.  But your response indicates that you just don't get it.  Those who would be subject to being banned are those that consistently post but contribute nothing.

So, if your interested in having a site that's supposed to be about PTSC, but where posters can continually post messages that offer nothing along those lines, that's fine.  And if visitors come and are immediately turned off, that's fine too (but not preferred by the majority I'm sure).
