Thanks for the update. I thought this was interesting as there is no telling how many companiies we have waiting in the wings to see what happens with our current litigation. GL, ads

At the time Burst.com sued Apple, its chairman and CEO Richard Lang speculated that the reason Apple failed to licence the patents was that it had assumed Microsoft would prevail.
