I don't know if this will happen or not. My question would be why? Reason I ask is if ARM intervened on behalf of the J's because of their indeminification agreements with their clients, why would the J's ask for the "584 to be included if they are not liable?  If they get it for free, than of course the answer is simple, and heck...they can even charge back ARM for doing them a favor..LOL
