IMHO what is taking so long is that both sides are trying to work around the 584.  Js don't want to end up in court again on the 584, and believe if there is infringement then they should have recourse to ARM as opposed to paying for it.  Not an easy one to work around.  If anyone has suggestions on how they might resolve this delema please step forward.  Perhaps you can expedite the settlement negotiations.  Opty
