we (PTSC/TPL) do not want to license ARM anytime soon. It is the end users we are after. Many use ARM's products. This is where we will receive on going income through licenses.

I agree, altho, if Arm were to offer up what we would want $$-wise in line of a license there is always the Fujitsu caveat..

I agree tho, we are in no hurry to license Arm...  but they too will realize the longer they wait the more it will cost them...
