If the clock started ticking on the 30 days "beginning" on November 1st, doesn't the 30 day stay End on November 30th..........Next Friday?

Actually their was a PACER filed on October 30th granting the 30 day stay, but the Judge didn't sign it until November 1st.

I think we are looking at Friday at the latest for news. IMHO

On another note, as ALBIE pointed out, the defense had the opportunity to first view Moore's responses to the ex parte re exam on November 1st as well.

While I believe that the ACP decision was the kicker in this 30 day stay, I too believe that the 584 is being used as a bargaining/negotiating chip right now as well.

Look out ARM. we are going after all your customers next. The inevitable is about to happen to ARM and the rest of the Digital World....IMO.
