I'm not an EE but, from what I see, it looks like TPL/Moore are attempting to close some loopholes allowing ARM and others to work around the original 584 claims. It almost sounds like what was originally in Moore's/Fish's thoughts did not get transferred to paper very fully. Likely because they understood what everything meant, so did not explain things in great detail. We could see a significantly stronger 584 emerge from all this. I would love to here what our in house techies have to say about those additional claims. We do have some of those techies, don't we? Opty
