Might help to recall what ARM products were accused. From the pr on stipulation of non-infringement for the purpose of this trial, based on the Court's claim interpretation:
<All accused ARM core families (ARM7, ARM9, ARM9E, ARM10E, ARM11), as well as the ARM Cortex microprocessor core family, are deemed non-infringed under the Court's claim interpretation of "instruction groups," thereby removing ARM as an intervener in the Texas Court trial. >
I believe ARM wanted the stipulation to include some newer designs that were not included in the court case. They did not get included, but because they wanted them included, I'm sure they will be looked at closely, should the 584 prevail. Opty
