Borredo.....Good advice............Just like the stock market real estate will be a good play in the future.........I wholesale cars for a living..........I buy from one dealer and FLIP it to another dealer.........The used car market is hurting right now.........Only a small % of cars have any interest..........Buying low still does not mean a profit........Everyone is fighting over thatr 10% of the market............BUT in any business the strong / smart survive......

Brokers..........No one cares about your monies they way that you do...........If i was to use one i would have a very short leash on him ...............Back in 2000 a relative lost alot when her broker became kind of a day trader with her monies...........She was lucky that it was a small % of her monies...........
