The are only being sued for infringement of the '148 and '336 since the '584 was removed. The stay was to resolve this infringement.

In order to prevent future litigation, an MMP Portfolio License is required.

They are two separate and distinct issues, although any settlement announcement might be about both ie "A settlement has been agreed and the MMP Portfolio has been licensed."
