The case settlement must include the MMP correct? The parties agree to a settlement. Is this correct?

Tpl/Ptsc can not agree to a settlement without the MMP involved can they?

The settlement will be on the litigation, the '148 and '336 patents.

The MMP Portfolio is nothing to do with the Court case and will involve separate negotiations.
