So our first news should be a Pacer /joint motion to dismiss.....No other details...

I can think of no legal reasons to include the settlement details in a joint motion to dismiss, the filing of which would confirm agreement betweens the parties.

The mere fact of settlement, if that is the case, with separate MMP Portfolio licenses, will not go unnoticed.
