I think we'd all better hope that our settlement numbers are at least as high as your lower estimate, otherwise the market as well as current investors will likely be sorely disappointed at the ease at which TPL/PTSC will cave. It would severely limit dollar amounts for future licensees as well, knowing how little we require for a license. Let's hope this stay was indeed for settlement negotiations instead of something else, like a wait and see what the USPTO has to say (doubtful).
