Some here have posted that it would be a JOINT motion to dismiss, ie. that the J3 would be part of that motion.  Is this accurate?  I don't think it is.  Considering that TPL/PTSC are the ones who sued, I don't believe the J's would be or need to be part of the motion.  Simply TPL/PTSC files to dismiss the case and the Court approves the motion, and this would trigger the commencement of the separate contracts with the J3's to license the MMP.  That's my thought.
