You are correct about the patent reform not effecting us, as well as the thought that it may be watered down, etc.

Don't ever think that it is not a bad thing.  If, it is ever passed the way it is planned now, there will be no ownership of intellectual property by an individual (or company).  This is akin to taking away ALL property rights.  That game is as old as time itself.

And we have to be careful about thinking we can ignore it because it won't effect us.  Remember, it's "them" now, but it's "us" later on any issue like this.  We'd better address it before it's passed and signed off by the president.
