Everyone, especially EHWEST is ignoring one fact about that bill. The last version I read said that it would only effect new patents granted one full year AFTER the bill is passed into law. If that language is maintained, the bill cannot have any possible effect on the MMP. Thus, Mr. EHWEST's arguments are based on pure ignorance, IMO.

Prove me wrong....
