I know we have discussed this plenty... I am of the firm belief that they do not have disclose the amount... other settelments would have been considerd "material" yet no discloser unitl 10q... However common senese a large settelment and you would want to send a message to the other infringers.... This is why I think are stock price has not jumped.... the street jumped last time then the settelment amounts where too low.... INHO we will get a settelment & they will announce the amounts... My beleif is TPL & Allicense are experinced and sharp .... they understand what the progression needs to be...

PS hope we hear something in the next day or two... I am going stir crazy...lol
