If the dollars are big, TPL and PTSC will both have a huge incentive to release the numbers, primarily to alert prospective licensees of the new precedent.

However, the Js may have real problems with the specific numbers being released up front (recognizing that they will eventually be revealed), and each may demand a NDA on that aspect.

But, to counter that argument, we needn't disclose the numbers specific to each of the Js, but instead release an aggregate number for the whole thing, thus leaving the question "who paid how much" open/not disclosed.

Again, JMHO.
